Introducing Trees

Trees form one of the big categories within The Flowering Garden. They are wooded plants that can grow to substantial heights. By similar definition, the banana tree and the bamboo are not technically true trees. Still, of those that fall under the category of trees, there are numerous types according to climate. In temperate countries, these are often divided as deciduous and non-deciduous. In tropical countries, most trees are not deciduous, nonetheless some do shed their leaves in anticipation of dry season.

On this page, we showcase a growing selection of trees that we have come across.
